This form can be used to guide elementary students as they research the planets. Students choose (or are assigned) a planet to research, and this form guides them to look for specific information. There is one block for information that they choose to include about their planet. There's also a block to draw their planet, but students could also add more drawings as part of their project and an art extension. Appropriate for grades 2, 3, 4, or 5, depending on your students and your curriculum. ( I used it with 3rd grade.) Homeschool and elementary school
