Using data to create reports and plan for the future
This is a collection management plan I wrote when I was working as a librarian. I created the plan by using data from various sources to determine what items I needed to purchase, what I needed to discard, and a timeline for completing tasks. I also used this plan to make budget requests for new purchases, and to determine which resources were not being used by students. In those cases, I used the information create promotions for those resources so students and teachers would know they were available.
